We need as broad a spectrum as possible to ensure a truly representative sample of AMC patients. We’re looking for young people, people who work, people with long-term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.

You’ll have the opportunity to give:

· Your views

· Your suggestions

· Your experiences

The aim of the PPG is to ensure

· patients have a better understanding of how the Practice and staff work

· patients have improved communications with practice staff

· patients have a place to give feedback and suggestions

· the PPG provides practical support for the Practice and to help implement change

Please note that the PPG cannot become involved in matters of a specifically medical or clinical nature. Members also do NOT have access to any patient information.
