I qualified as a nurse in 2001 after training at Leeds University and then worked in Respiratory medicine. I then moved into bank work for a few years, covering specialisms such as orthopedics, gynaecology and A & E.

Following on from this I worked in the Ear Nose and Throat Outpatients for several years before training as a Practice Nurse in 2011. I currently undertake general practice nurse duties and most chronic disease checks, apart from Diabetes.
