Ordering Repeat Prescriptions

The quickest and most direct way to get your repeat prescription request to the Doctor is by our online services.

If you haven't already applied for online access you can do so by attending the surgery to complete an application form and providing 2 forms of identification (one photo and one with proof of address). Online medication ordering goes direct to the doctor.

We now, as a result of patient feedback, also take requests via email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

If you are unable to use any of the above methods you can still make your request by post or by attending the surgery.
